About Penn
Personality: Shy at first but very loving when he gets to know you. Will snuggle in your lap and rub his head against you. Gets along with other cats but can display jealousy when others try to steal your attention away from him.
History: Came to PALS as a kitten in August 2023. Currently in “free roam” room with other cats.
