Nash is an approximately 1 year old, neutered male, Terrier mix; Nash weighs approximately 31lbs, is fully vaccinated, and is microchipped. This handsome bundle of energy is as happy a dog as we’ve ever seen, and he’s looking for a forever family to call his own! It didn’t take long after being rescued for Nash to warm up to everyone he met and he was excitedly bouncing around every time someone new came in to say hi! Nash is very affectionate, sometimes exuberantly so, jumping up and getting a little bit mouthy, when he’s happy or excited, and we are working with him on how to show his love more appropriately. When he settles down a little, he’s all about the belly rubs, and planting big kisses on you, and he loves hugs! He has a lot of energy, and loves to play, so when he’s out in our play yard he loves grabbing a favorite toy and racing up and down the yard with it; he loves playing fetch, too, but sometimes he switches up mid-game to a little game of catch me if you can! Nash walks well on the leash, and has his basic obedience commands down, but we do recommend continued structured obedience training to help him bond with his new owner and meet his full K-9 potential.
